Plan sprints and assign tasks to your entire development team. Thanks to its web services library, Project Monitor can be interfaced with IT department management tools, in particular, to feed back all the tasks open in the ticketing machine in the name of the application in Project Monitor within an “Application” project. Information such as an assigned user, a duration, and an estimation of time spent in a third-party software application can be directly imported into a project or activity on Project Monitor.

The Project Monitor financial interfaces enable the committed amounts, invoiced amounts, quotes, invoices, forecast budgets and budget envelopes to be automatically recovered.

Inform your colleagues of progress and alerts via email

The collaboration and task management modules are linked to an email server enabling emails to be sent to selected members of the project team. Project Monitor can also be used to manage alerts for events. For example, a user can be informed in their email box of an imminent milestone which has not been validated. Furthermore, you can automatically create events in your calendar, integrating information between your Outlook calendar and Project Monitor via Zapier.
