Two solutions: SaaS or On-Premise
To use our software you have two options:
- You can entrust us with the hosting and exploitation of your platform: SaaS (Software as a Service)
- You integrate your platform in your own IT infrastructure: On-Premise
The SaaS option includes:

The On Premise option gives you acquisition of licenses, which is completed with maintenance including access to:
- Support
- Updates
- Customer excellence process
Having two options is great, but which one to choose?
Here are some questions to help you choose:
What business plan do you want?
- With the SaaS option, you will have to pay a rent depending on users’ amount.
- With the On-Premise option, this is investment by purchasing the license.
What integration level do you plan?
If the SaaS option enables to interface with third applications, the level of integration can bring your choice to the On-Premise option depending on your integration types (LDAP, ERP, etc.).
What resources and infrastructures do you own?
With the SaaS offer, you will not be in trouble concerning technical interventions. Your platform is always up to date with the software new version.
The On-premise option enables you to choose your infrastructure. You plan interventions and teams will take action in autonomy to quickly update your software.
What is your IT security policy?
Our SaaS option offers every security warrantees (SSL protocol, IP restriction, etc.). But if you want to keep all control of your platform, even physically isolate it, you need to choose the On-Premise option.
Who will be the users of the application?
- Do users will need to access the application out of the office?
- Does your architecture allows you to have such accesses?
- Do you have “internal” and “external” users, suppliers and partners?
