Job description
Your customer assignments
Within the Service Department, in charge of deploying solutions, you will be responsible for :
- Analyze the customer's context and needs (challenges, strategy, organization, management...) and develop solution parameters
- Guide and advise customers on how to manage their projects/performance
- Structure and carry out training for future users, contribute to change management
- Define and implement interfaces
- Participate in end-to-end projects
Your internal missions
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Service Department practices
- Contribute to software qualification and testing
- Contribute to development specifications and the product roadmap
Profile required
Your training
You are a graduate of an engineering school (or equivalent) or ESC with solid technical skills and experience (type SSII or editor).
Or
You have experience as a consultant and/or project manager (over 2 years) with skills in project management and deployment of business solutions.
