The Conseil Départemental uses Project Monitor for its IT project management and the management of its Building Department projects.
The Ille et Vilaine department has just over 4,200 employees, 120 departments and 140 different professions. The number of staff involved in transformation in the sense of steering, project management and support represents around 100 people at the Délégation Générale à la Transformation (General Delegation for Transformation).
They have a fairly extensive IS (information system): 200 applications and 3,500 workstations.

Manage your project portfolio in a PPM tool
The Project Monitor software met the need to formalize all projects in a common tool.
Previously, each department had its own Excel spreadsheet. The first benefit is therefore to have a repository of current projects and the characteristics of the project included in the portfolio (e.g. CNIL declaration), to know where it stands, etc.
