Communicating your action plans

As with the reporting campaign, communicating means collecting information in order to communicate both internally and externally.

Internal communication

Action plans can last for some time, so staff turnover will be high. To keep newcomers up to date, Perf Monitor lets you keep track of the many exchanges, reports, etc. that have taken place since the action plan was launched.

External communication

There is a need for feedback to management or customers. Thanks to Perf Monitoryou'll be able to quickly and easily obtain a report, or even action sheets, to communicate the various elements of the action plan dashboard to the people concerned.
