A typical week
As Virage solutions are developed using the Agile methodology (Scrum framework), the developer's activity is punctuated by the Sprints lifecycle.
The day begins with the daily melée, an opportunity to take stock of progress on the tasks to be carried out in the sprint, followed by a good cup of coffee! As the sprint progresses, other rituals may come into play: Sprint schedule to define the content of the sprint, backlog refinement to estimate the work to be done, Sprint demo to present the work done at the end of the sprint.

After a phase of discovery of the development environment and training in the solutions published by Virage, the employee is mentored by an experienced developer and integrated into a production team.
