Fullstack developers
Responsible for the development of Project Monitor and Perf Monitor, the team is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of both solutions. The team works alongside the Product Owner andcustomer support to optimize the functionality of the applications.
The consultants
Assigned to our customers, the consultant's objective is to install and improve the implementation of solutions. He or she advises while remaining attentive to the customer's needs, so as to take into account any improvements to be made.
Product Owner
As Virage solutions are designed and developed according to the Agile methodology (Scrum framework), the team's activity is punctuated by the Sprints lifecycle. The product team works in close collaboration with the developers.
The sales team
In charge of sales development, the team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, both through the quality of application demonstrations and through discussions with customers. To achieve this, the team has the privilege of working with all Virage teams, including sales, marketing and customer support. As the privileged contact for our administrators, the sales team is a true intermediary between the customer and all Virage resources.
Customer support
In charge of tickets reported to support, the team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, both in terms of the quality of the answers provided and compliance with SLAs. To achieve this, the team has the privilege of working with all Virage teams, whether Sales, Commercial, Technical or Service. As the privileged contact for our administrators, the support team is a true intermediary between the customer and all Virage resources.
Marketing
In charge of promoting VIRAGE Group on the web, the team is responsible for SEO and all actions required to ensure optimum brand visibility. Present on social networks, the team is constantly on the lookout for new optimizations and website animation. On a regular basis, the Marketing team solicits feedback from Viragians, whether about products or their extra-professional activities.
Cyber security
In charge of IT security, we guarantee the integrity of customer data and compliance with European data protection regulations. We are constantly on the alert for any suspicious movement. Whether in the cloud or on VIRAGE's internal network.
