Background
Plaine Commune is a community of Agglomeration regrouping 9 cities (Aubervilliers, Épinay-sur-Seine, L'Île-Saint-Denis, La Courneuve, Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen, Stains & Villetaneuse).
The towns of Saint-Denis, Villetaneuse and Plaine Commune have merged their IT systems to form the Direction des Systèmes d'Information Mutualisée.
