The starting point: do away with "in-house" tools to secure project rebilling and address the Group's challenges development needs.

In 2013, GIE HISM had implemented project management practices covering activity tracking (via excel time sheet), flash reports (via doc ppt) and dashboards (via excel tracking). To take things a step further, the group wanted to set up a collaborative project management solution, a single solution accessible online by users. The first objective was to track time spent on rebilling and forecast time to be spent on projects.
