Qualiopi certification has become a legal requirement for training organizations, approved by the Professional Future Law since January 1, 2022.
Qualiopi is a quality certification awarded to organizations offering training courses. In order to obtain Qualiopi certification, each training provider must meet the requirements of the national quality reference system. Here are the 7 criteria of the national quality standard:
In addition, there are 32 indicators, including some 20 related to the development of professional skills.
Qualiopi attests to the quality and professionalism of a training provider complying with the criteria of the national quality reference system.
Qualiopi is the only certification that qualifies for public or mutualized funding (from the State, Pôle Emploi, OPCO, CPF, Caisse des dépôts, etc.).
Virage Groupas a Training Organization, has been Qualiopi certified since October 27, 2022.
"RNQ (Qualiopi) certification was not an end in itself from the outset. In fact, from 2020 onwards, and after analyzing feedback from our customers, we foresaw the need to review our approach to initial training for users of our solutions.
That's why we decided to set up a project team within our Service department to overhaul our training system.
So for 6 months we dissected our previous approach, analyzed the market and new approaches, monitored training pedagogy, and thought up, dreamed up and structured a new system.
We then set about getting our trainers to adopt the new system, testing it in a variety of situations, and finally offering it to all our customers from 2022 onwards (over 1,800 users of our solutions trained by 2022). This was only the first step in a vast project (which is still ongoing) based on our desire to pass on our knowledge and practices to our users ever more effectively.
Always striving to go the extra mile for our customers, we decided to add certification to our bow in 2022. This will enable our customers to assert their rights through the quality of our services. Qualiopi" certification, based on the National Quality Standard, was the obvious choice.
"After deciding to embark on the Qualiopi adventure, I set up a task force with two highly motivated consultants to work on the project. Qualiopi consists of 7 quality criteria and 32 objectives, and of course a project on Project monitor to manage it all.
For each of these objectives, the three of us drew up an assessment of our current operation, the level we needed to reach to validate the objective within the framework of certification, and also the level we wanted to reach, to go beyond what the RNQ can offer.
This initial audit phase enabled us to lay additional foundations for the new 2022 training scheme. And pave the way for certification and the years to come, with a view to clarity, professionalism, and above all quality and efficiency for our customers. After the assessment, it's time for design and implementation. After a few months of hard work, meetings, discussions, preparation and confrontations, we're ready for the certification audit, and we're confident.
"Because of our structure, the audit took place over two days. In Paris, at our Montparnasse offices (with the Eiffel Tower in the background!). Two days of presentation, listening and sharing. A stressful, stimulating but also highly formative exercise. What might have seemed like an uphill battle (months of effort judged in such a short space of time!) turned out to be a highly instructive and revealing time.
An audit, beyond the verification/control aspect, is a very structuring and introspective event: what do we do, how do we do it, why do we do it, where do we want to go, what do we want to contribute... So many questions raised by the auditor and which we were able to answer thanks to our preparatory work. An audit is therefore also a time to wake up, to become aware of what we're doing and why we're doing it. An excellent way to make a fresh start, or, in our case, to give a boost to our pre-existing enthusiasm."
"We wanted this certification above all for our customers. In my opinion, it is designed to meet two challenges objectives:
