To provide users with the best possible support in managing their projects, we involve our consultants directly in the field. They will then help companies generate value while optimizing tool performance.
Assigned to our customers, the consultant's objective is to install and improve the implementation of solutions. He or she advises while remaining attentive to the customer's needs, so as to take into account any improvements to be made.
A typical day at the customer's site: launching a project
Morning: facilitation by the project manager with the customer, project scoping, demonstration of the tool to participants
Afternoon: two workshops to gather requirements for parameterization such as portfolio structure, budget management, resource management, etc. + presentation of possibilities
Typical week: customer proximity and flexible travel (twice a week)
Monday: launch + requirements gathering to understand the company's mode of operation
Tuesday: requirements analysis with the
teamWednesday: solution parameterization to enable users to customize the application to the context of use.
Thursday: organization of the next project stages + internal work (product acceptance)
Friday: product specification and documentation + internal meeting and project reporting (information sharing between colleagues)
We put new employees in a shadowing position, i.e. accompanying and observing older consultants. Then, responsibility is gradually taken on: we give the new consultant progressive autonomy so that he or she can be supported in the best possible way. As far as possible, it's important to get the consultant working on a project as quickly as possible.
