With a portfolio of over 210 IT projects and a flow of 90 project requests, regulation is not an option... it's vital!
In fact, when the Loiret GHT decided to create a PMO in 2020, it started precisely from the requests. This approach, based on incoming flows rather than existing projects, is singular and exemplary. And it's well worth a webinar!
