"I have dematerialized our Daily Meeting in Kanban mode on Project Monitor. Every morning, I hold a conf call (on slack or teams) with my telecommuting teams to discuss the projects in progress. In 15 minutes, we review everyone's tasks. At the end, we have a better idea of who's doing what, and how the projects are progressing. It's a real collaborative dynamic!
It's possible to filter by employee to display the tasks assigned to them on their department's projects. Every morning, each member of staff animates the system by telling us what he or she did the previous day, any difficulties encountered, and his or her tasks for the day. Tasks can be switched to different statuses: to be started, in progress, to be validated, completed. You can adjust priorities live, and assign yourself new tasks.
