How to organize your teleworking Daily Meeting with online software
Your daily meeting should be held every working day, at a fixed time, with all team members as permanent guests.
Kanban is a highly effective visual management tool for daily meetings.
You can instantly visualize the progress of each subject and the tasks performed by each person. The kanban board structures work stages.

It's possible to filter by employee to display the tasks assigned to them on their department's projects. Every morning, each member of staff animates the system by telling us what he or she did the previous day, any difficulties encountered, and his or her tasks for the day. Tasks can be switched to different statuses: to be started, in progress, to be validated, completed. You can adjust priorities live, and assign yourself new tasks.

To be started: the task has not yet been taken on, so placing it in this column requires the definition of a carrier and a vision of what needs to be achieved.
In progress: The task is in progress with a defined deadline.
To be validated: The task has been completed, but needs to be confirmed/validated by the team or third parties.
Finished: We can "flush" the task and remove it from the projects; we won't be coming back to it.

Tasks can be linked to milestones
Include comments on tasks so that the brief is clear and shared with everyone. You can define templates to ensure that briefs are consistent and facilitate the request.
Add your photo to identify employees
Name and alert the people concerned by e-mail directly from the application
Add e-mail reminders directly from the application
Share your documents: The document can be added as a URL link pointing to an external document space if you wish to keep a single repository, or as a document (pdf, excel...).
