A typical week

In charge of sales development, the team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, both through the quality of application demonstrations and through discussions with customers. To achieve this, the team has the privilege of working with all Virage teams, whether Sales, Marketing, Technical or Service. As the privileged contact for our administrators, the sales team is a true intermediary between the customer and all Virage resources.

A typical day :

  • Participation in the daily team stand-up meeting to list points of attention, blockages, calendar events, and review the sales kanban.
  • Meeting with a prospect or customer at one of the stages in our sales cycle process
  • Monitoring the smooth running and satisfaction of customer projects
  • Sales prospecting and article sharing on social networks

With a few options depending on the calendar:

  • Organization of special events at customers' request
  • Hosting events: webinars, masterclasses, user clubs, etc.
  • Participation in novelty specification workshops
