Your mission as a Technico-Functional Consultant M/F
Within the Service Department, in charge of deploying solutions, you will be responsible for :
- Perform SaaS / On-Premise installations of our solutions (Jboss Wildfly, Oracle, SQL server, PostgreSQL, Linux, Windows Server)
- Manage and integrate our solutions with our customers' third-party systems (Webservice, import/export automation, SSO authentication (Samlv2, NTLM, CAS), etc.).
- Carry out customer architecture scoping (based on internal models), advise customers on technologies and sizing
- Analysis and collection of customers' technical and functional requirements
- Setting up solutions Virage Group
- Customer training
- Customer support for services
Your internal missions : - Participate in the continuous improvement of Service Department tools and practices
- Contribute to software qualification and testing
- Contribute to development and upgrade specifications
- Contribute to updating technical documentation, in conjunction with the Technical Department
- Contribute to sales actions: write service offers, participate in pre-sales, etc.

Your qualities
- You have a technical background enabling you to carry out integration work on installations and facilitate exchanges with customer contacts and internal technical management (REST, SQL, J2EE, scripting, etc.).
- Self-motivated, team player
- Ability to analyze/synthesize, model, learn and adapt
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, reactivity and proactivity
- Sense of service, customer orientation
Your training
You have an engineering degree (or equivalent) or successful experience in software integration (more than 2 years).
