Launch of our agency in Spain: VIRAGE Group in Madrid mode
In September 2023, VIRAGE Group opened its new branch in Spain!
The story began at the end of 2022, when all the teams gathered for a seminar in Madrid. A short getaway to discover the qualities of Madrid and a first scouting for the implementation of our third agency (following on from Nantes and Paris).
After Paris, it's from another European capital that VIRAGE Group continues its development. New country, new approach, new challenges, ...
Why set up an agency at a time when everything is going digital? We're convinced that not everything can be digitized.
We opened this branch to replicate the local approach that is our strength. It's up to our services and tools to adapt to the teams building the future, not the other way round.
This has been a key factor in our successes in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Morocco... It will be the basis of our development in Spain.
This development has received the support of Business France, which has selected us for its programs to promote French Tech in Spain!
This opening also means the arrival of a new language on our website. All our content is now available in FR / EN / ES.

Opening Magenta: a single gateway to all resources and services Virage
In June 2023, a brand-new community portal opened its doors.

The Perf Monitor solution gets a facelift: a completely redeveloped version with brand-new technologies
At the end of December 2022, we officially launched the brand-newPerf Monitor , a completely redeveloped version featuring brand-new technologies.
Our platform dedicated to piloting strategic plans is being ramped up throughout 2023:
- Numerous functional enhancements, the latest of which is the management of large-scale reporting campaigns
- An implementation method redesigned to address the specificities of strategic plan management
- Migration of customer platforms and implementation for new customers
- New uses and new infrastructures to meet challenges security and scalability needs.

Launch of version 7 of Project Monitor
In July 2023, we deployed a major version of the Project Monitor application. The upgrade to version 7 brings a completely new user experience.
This version features a new interface redesigned to improve both ergonomics and accessibility for all user profiles.
This release also sees the arrival of a "hands-on" support system for users. Whether they're new to the organization or want to discover a new feature, this is a real plus in terms of getting to grips with the application.
This new version also features a "portfolio scenario" function to facilitate project arbitration and the creation of your project portfolio. Integrate new projects, adjust workloads, schedule and budgets, test different configurations and options...
It also marks the overhaul of an entire technical base on which the new 2024 features will be built. From January 2024, you'll be able to discover new multilingual options and natively integrated automations.
Update product documentation area
This is the latest arrival of the year: since December 2023, we've been offering completely overhauled product documentation.
Users of the application had access to the Knowledge Center to answer their main questions on how to use it.
Now, for those who want to go even further in understanding how it works, we've completed the knowledge base with product resources for advanced administrators.
With a brand new, simpler and more user-friendly interface, our novice and expert users now have a base that will enable them to go even further in their practices.
VIRAGE Days in Nantes: a first!
The "Virage Days" featured testimonials, expertise and workshops, connecting project management managers.
For the 13th edition of our customer convention, we were looking for something new. We decided to hold it in Nantes, where VIRAGE Group is headquartered. Usually held in Paris, with customers from the five corners of France and even beyond its borders, would participants be up for the challenge?
The answer was yes! With a record turnout for the June 2023 edition.
According to our customer survey, this year's Virage Days event in Nantes in 2023 was particularly popular.

In attendance: CIOs, PMOs, project management experts and consultants from transformation firms.
When you see the quality of the speakers, it's easy to see why you were so enthusiastic about the event! Virage Days featured a number ofexceptional speakers, all users ofPPM Project Monitor software, including :
- VYV3 IT with a conference on the most widely used PMO methods and tools
- TheEurométropole de Strasbourg with a conference on how to facilitate budget arbitration thanks to the Datamart de Project Monitor
- But also Amiens Métropole and CabinetNovéane Group Scalian, partner of the edition.
It was an intense day, which helped to improve many driving practices. (For those unable to attend, replays are available from Magenta)
In 2024, we intend to be even closer to our customers and their needs, by setting up user clubs in the regions (Paris & Lyon).
Record-breaking, diversified Webinars with the launch of themed Product Tours
Online conferences are a great way to share experiences.
In 2023, three sessions marked the year:
- Termines solutions: "How I was finally able to discuss project KPIs with my CEO".
- The Occitanie Region: "When the Real Estate Department and CIO of the Occitanie Region pilot +250 operations in PPM mode!"
- and Cabinet Projexion: "5 key actions for moving to Project Portfolio Management".
Nearly 300 people registered for each of these conferences (not to mention requests for access to the replay).
In 2024, we promise to offer you even more... Customers are already eager to share with you how they have reached new levels with our solutions. In our customer survey, 37 customers agreed to write testimonials for 2024 (articles, conferences or webinars), which shows their willingness to participate in the customer community!
To deepen the discovery of our offerings, in 2023 we launched a new Product Tour format. Our offer is a generalist one, adaptable to all kinds of contexts and businesses. To help you get a feel for how our products can be used in your business, we've created sessions dedicated to specific sectors.
A "Product Tour" is a 30-minute overview of our Project monitor software, with concrete case studies:
Numerous changes to the website
As you've probably already noticed, our website has undergone a number of changes over the past year!
Among the main ones:
- a new tree structure to make it easier to discover our two piloting offers,
- an overhaul of our key pages to make it easier to understand the benefits of our offers,
- and content available in three different languages: French, English and Spanish.
A new functional support system for our customers
In May 2023, we launched a new support system. In addition to our support and consulting services, many of our customers wanted fast, à la carte functional assistance. It's a service that fits in between support and the scheduled interventions of our experts. This functional assistance is a real plus, operating in the form of a ticket that can be activated as needed. Initial feedback has shown the service to be a real success, and we intend to continue offering and improving it for 2024.
